Basement in Richland

Advanced Moving & Rigging recently helped an owner/landlord add valuable square footage to a WWII-era duplex in Richland, WA. With the existing basement utilizing only a fraction of the home's original footprint, AM&R's job was to stabilize the home, dig out a proper basement and pour a code-compliant reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab.
